Horizon Dental is seeking a dedicated, full-time Treatment Coordinator to become a vital part of our growing practice. We’re a dynamic and well-established dental office looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable professional to join our team. If you are passionate about patient care and have experience or confidence in discussing dental treatments, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with patients to discuss and explain treatment plans, ranging from basic procedures to complex restorative treatments

Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth workflow with Cleardent.

Handle insurance communication by submitting predeterminations and following up with providers.

Provide exceptional consultation to patients and maintain clear communication throughout their treatment journey.
